Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap semangat kerja pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai yang ada di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, dengan sampel yang berjumlah 58 responden. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Ogan Ilir.
