Abstract

Currently, administration and correspondence management activities have been carried out digitally. The digital system must be organized, directed, structured and properly managed so that the functions obtained can be optimal. The existing system also requires a number of features that have functions that support the running of this application. To add these features to an existing system, research will be carried out to create useful features. The method used in this study is the SDLC method, namely RAD (Rapid Application Development). Researchers also use use case diagrams to design a user's usage model for the features in the application. In addition, the use of activity diagrams is also used to describe the conditions of user in the system. Researchers use class diagrams to show the relationships of the attributes in the database. Last, researchers also use sequence diagram to know the interactions between object on the system. The features developed on the system use the Codeigniter 4 framework. This research can produce several additional features that have been tested using the Blackbox to obtain the validity of the design results. This research can also provide a sense of satisfaction based on a questionnaire that has been distributed to several respondents.
