Abstract

Dr. Hospital Sobirin strives to always provide the best, affordable and professional services so as to satisfy the hospital's stakeholders. So that it needs a learning system or Lesson Learned System (LLS) that can document knowledge and assist in the process of disseminating knowledge or sharing existing knowledge, so that knowledge can be easily accessed by all employees. This research explains the idea of the application of the lesson learned system at Dr. Sibirin Hospital in Lubuklinggau City. The system development method used in the research is the waterfall method by Pressman (2015). While the method for knowledge classification uses the rule based classification technique. The results of this study are the Lesson Learned System (LLS) that can document knowledge in the form of meeting results and help disseminate the meeting minutes of knowledge to employees who are entitled to receive it.
