Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of incentives on employee performance at CV Rahmat Mitra Utama Lubuklinggau. The population in this study found 37 people. The sampling method used in this study used a saturated sampling technique with a sample of 37 people. The data collection technique in this study used a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV Rahmat Mitra Utama Lubuklinggau.
