Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Kampus Mengajar Sebagai Penanaman Awal Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru Abad 21 Pada Mahasiswa FKIP PPKn Universitas Sriwijaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling dengan informan yang berjumlah 4 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa pelaksanaan Kampus Mengajar sebagai penanaman awal kompetensi pedagogik guru abad 21 pada mahasiswa PPKn FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya meliputi 1) Tahap Pra Penugasan yang terdiri atas (a) Pembekalan, (b) Koordinasi dengan dinas pendidikan kabupaten/kota, (c) koordinasi dengan sekolah. 2) Tahap Penugasan yang terdiri atas (a) Kegiatan awal penugasan, (b) Kegiatan penugasan dan pelaporan, (c) Akhir penugasan. Selama penugasan disekolah penempatan mahasiswa memahami, menguasai, dan mampu menerapkan dasar-dasar pedagogi di sekolah penempatan salah satunya dengan cara memahami karakteristik peserta didik dan mampu mengelola kelas sesuai dengan tingkatan kelas. 3) Tahap Pasca Penugasan yang terdiri atas (a) Pasca kegiatan dan (b) Keberlanjutan.
