Abstract

As we all know. Taxes are mandatory contributions to the state that are coercive by law. During the process of registering and deleting the NPWP there are obstacles in the form of whether or not the taxpayer is registered at the administration of the Primary Tax Service Office (KPP) because the taxpayer does not understand the various provisions for obtaining a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), deleting NPWP which takes 1 day for registration and 6 months for the removal of the NPWP, causing a long waiting time that hinders the Business Process of Registration and deletion of NPWP. The data collection method used in this study is observation and literature study. And the business process improvement method is used to evaluate and recommend business processes for registration and deletion of NPWP. The results obtained in this study are suggestions in the form of adding resources so as to minimize waiting time. provide recommendations for business proposals Process. After simulating the recommendation business process (To Be) which has been streamlined, the results of the Time Analysis data show that the processing time is faster than the current Business Process.
