Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Tingkat Bagi Hasil Dan Lama Kerja Terhadap Pendapatan Pekerja UKM Rumah Makan Padang Di Kota Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif analisis regresi linier berganda. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Sumber data yang diperoleh dari BPS Rumah Makan Padang Menurut Kabupaten/Kota di Sumatra Selatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Bagi Hasil dan Lama Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan. Pengujian secara parsial Bagi Hasil dan Lama Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan. Kata Kunci : Pendapatan, Bagi Hasil, Lama Kerja, Ekonomi Syariah
