Abstract

Ideally, a corporate social responsibility (CSR) program is a program that can create a positive impact that is truly felt by beneficiaries, so that in the future it will bring benefits to the company and create change for program stakeholders. The problem in this study discusses the existing conditions and SROI analysis in the oyster mushroom MSME empowerment program assisted by PT Pamapersada Nusantara Site MTBU in the last one from October 2021 - October 2022. The purpose of this research is to reveal the existing conditions and analyze the empowerment program. MSMEs assisted by PT Pamapersada Nusantara Site MTBU Tanjung Enim with using the SROI method. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a descriptive research strategy. Data collection was obtained through interviews with ten informants, observation, documentation and literature study which were then analyzed using the SROI method. The results showed that PT Pamapersada Nusantara Site MTBU through the Pama Kite Gale Business Development Institute succeeded in realizing the planned programs within a one-year period. Based on the results of the SROI calculation by taking into account three important aspects, there are social, environmental and economic, the oyster mushroom MSME empowerment program assisted by PT Pamapersada Nusantara Site MTBU Tanjung Enim is indicated in the SROI ratio which reaches a value of 1: 4.12. This ratio implies that every Rp.1.- invested in the oyster mushroom MSME empowerment program was able to generate a social impact of Rp. 4.12.- Based on the results of this research, this program can be declared successful and feasible to continue. This is a challenge for PT Pamapersada Nusantara Site MTBU Tanjung Enim to maintain the sustainability and quality of the oyster mushroom MSME empowerment program.
