Abstract
Twitter banyak diminati masyarakat untuk mengekespresikan opini dalam kebebasan berpendapat, isu yang sedang hangat yaitu pemilihan presiden 2024. Opini yang dikeluarkan oleh masyarakat dapat merepresentasi elektabilitas calon presiden, salah satu calonnya adalah Anies Baswedan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat analisis sentimen kalimat yang dikeluarkan menjadi 2 klasifikasi, yaitu kalimat tersebut bernilai positif atau negatif. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Artificial Neural Network (ANN). Penelitian ini membagi jumlah data latih 700 dan data uji 387 yang mendapatkan hasil berupa kinerja sistem analisis sentimen dengan nilai akurasi tertinggi 61.3%, presisi 75.1%, recall 67.9%, dan f1-score 71.3%. Penelitian ini menggunakan learning rate 0.01 dan epoch tertinggi di angka 150.
