Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of leadership style on employees performance in PT. Indo Prima Jaya Palembang. The population in this study took all employees of PT. Indo Prima Jaya, which are 55 respondents. This study used questionnaire technique by sharing it to all employees who is the object of this research. The analysis technique of this study was simple linear regression analysis. The result showed that leadership style significantly influence the employees performance in PT. Indo Prima Jaya Palembang
