Abstract

Technological developments that are very dynamic affect to the development of performance in achieving company goals. The increasing technology used by companies in operational activitic; must be supported by an efTcc1ivc and efficien1 accoun1ing information systems. The management control systems is a vital element for the company to achieve th.: compan)"S main objective, including terms of inventory management 10 support the compan)"s internal control. especial I) at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia This study evaluates 1he application of managemenet control S)stems at PT. Japfa Com feed Indonesia of Scgayam Hathery uniL This research uses descriptive method using a qualimtive approach. The results obtained are the management control systems applied by the Segayam I latchery unit is still not optimal. Tilis is because the assets control systems is still semi manual, so thm is less efficient and less integrated between the head office and units in the area. This can be seen from the procecs of sending reports between regional units to the head office which has a delay of more 24 hours. The difference between physical stock of goods and stock cards is due 10 a lac, of coordination between the logistic and the FA unit.
