Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Neyva Putri Sriwijiaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 responden dari seluruh karyawan PT. Neyva Putri Sriwijaya dengan teknik pengumpulan data secara sensus. Teknik kuesioner dengan membagikan ke seluruh karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan sebesar 61,1% terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Neyva Putri Sriwijaya.
