Abstract

Pengembangan soal asesmen kompetensi minimum literasi membaca level 5 menggunakan Quia Web di MAN 1 Palembang ini bertujuan untuk; (1) mendeskripsikan hasil analisis kebutuhan peserta didik dan guru; (2) merancang produk berupa soal asesmen kompetensi minimum literasi membaca level 5 menggunakan Quia Web; (3) mendeskripsikan kelayakan produk menurut para ahli; (4) mendeskripsikan hasil validitas dan reliabilitas; dan (5) mendeskripsikan hasil analisis butir soal. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian pengembangan kombinasi Borg and Gall dan Djiwandono. Uji validasi dilakukan oleh ahli yang terdiri dari ahli soal/evaluasi, dan ahli bahasa. Hasil dari validasi aspek soal memiliki nilai persentase 92,5% yang berkategori sangat layak. Kemudian, hasil validasi dari aspek bahasa nilai persentase 78,75% yang berkategori sangat layak. Hasil validitas memiliki 3 butir soal kategori sangat signifikan, 13 soal kategori signifikan, 26 soal kategori sedang, dan 7 soal kategori rendah. Pada analisis reliabilitas pilihan ganda 0,65 kategori tinggi. Reliabilitas pilihan ganda kompleks 0,66 kategori tinggi. Reliabilitas esai 0,56 kategori cukup. Reliabilitas isian singkat 0,89 kategori sangat tinggi. Reliabilitas menjodohkan 0,80 kategori tinggi. Hasil analisis butir soal menunjukkan bahwa 48 butir soal memiliki tingkat kesukaran sedang dan 2 soal mudah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis daya pembeda 26 soal berkriteria sangat baik, 18 soal berkriteria baik, dan 6 soal berkriteria cukup
