Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of work discipline on the employee performance at PTPN VII Unit Kebun Kelapa Sawit Betung Krawo. Population of this research are all of employees at PTPN VII Unit Kebun Kelapa Sawit Betung Krawo that consist of 488 employees. Sampling method use Slovin formula with number of samples are 83 employees. This research user primary data that is gotten by kuesioner. The primary data are tested by validity testing, reliability testing, analysis coefficient of determination (R2), t test and simple linear regression analysis. The results of analysis shows that work discipline has the effect of 63% on employee performance and 37% is influenced by other variables. The result of the research shows that work discipline positive and significant impact on employee performance at PTPN VII Unit Kebun Kelapa Sawit Betung Krawo
