Abstract
The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) is a theory put forward by Venkatesh, et al. (2003). UTAUT has four main constructs that directly influence user acceptance and behavior. The four constructs are Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence and Facilitating Conditions. This model was used to examine SI-KITO (Online Functional Position Information System) which is a system to assist the functional promotion process developed by LLDIKTI Region 2. This research is an explanatory research using the PLS (Partial Least Square) approach data analysis technique. Data were obtained from respondents by distributing questionnaires online via the Google form. The sample size in this study was 100 obtained by purposive sampling method. Then the data obtained were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. Based on data analysis, the following results are obtained: (1) the Performance Expectancy (PE) construct has a positive effect on the Behavioral Intention to Use The System (BIUS) construct; (2) The Effort Expectancy (EE) construct has no positive effect on the Behavioral Intention to Use The System (BIUS) construct; (3) the Social Influence (SI) construct has a positive effect on the Behavioral Intention to Use The System (BIUS) construct; (4) The Facilitating Condition (FC) construct has a positive effect on the Behavioral Intention to Use The System (BIUS) construct and has the most significant influence than the other constructs.
