Abstract

This research concerns the analysis of user satisfaction with the South Sumatra Mobile Diary application at the South Sumatra Library Service. The purpose of this study was to determine user satisfaction with the South Sumatra Mobile Diary application. This study uses the End user computing satisfaction (EUCS) method. A research method to measure satisfaction with an information system. This method emphasizes satisfaction by assessing Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease Of Use and Timelines. The method in this study is a quantitative research method, with a population of 500 registered members who are active members of the library and use the application. The writer took a sample using incidental sampling (based on coincidence) with a total of 83 respondents by observing and monitoring directly on the research object using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire using a Likert scale, which is a scale used to measure perceptions, attitudes or opinions of users towards the application Mobile Diary of South Sumatra. Furthermore, the data was processed using SPSS VERSION 25. The results showed that the level of user satisfaction from the five variables indicated that the Content variable received a high satisfaction value with a total percentage value of 80.2%, for the Accuracy variable it received a high satisfaction value with a total percentage value of 81.2%, for the Format variable got the highest satisfaction score with a total percentage value of 81.3%, for the Ease Of Use variable got a high satisfaction score with a total percentage value of 83.4%, for the Timelines variable got a high satisfaction value with a total percentage value of 80.7%.
