Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge sharing to employees' performance at PT Satria Prima Shubury. The method is explanatory research with a sample of 40 respondents using saturation sampling. The data collected by using questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression assisted by the SPSS program version 26. The results show that knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect to employees' performance at PT Satria Prima Shubury.
