Abstract

E-learning is a set of applications and processes to facilitate teaching and learning activities at Xaverius 1 Palembang Senior High School which was originally used during the COVID-19 until now. In order to determine the accomplishment of e-learning implementation and so it can be an advisement for the sustainability of its application. Moreover, it can be used as references for development related to problems that have been identified through interviews. Thus, an evaluation of the end user satisfaction of the Xaverius 1 Palembang Senior High School e-learning was carried out. The method which used to measures the end user satisfaction is the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) with five aspects, namely content, accuracy, format, timeliness, and ease of use. There are 307 respondents consisting of teachers and students who had used e-learning at Xaverius 1 Palembang Senior High School by distributing questionnaires via google forms and questionnaires directly on location. The results state that all aspects of the level of satisfaction are in the satisfied category. As for development recommendations to parties related to e-learning, among others, in terms of system errors and stability, chat features, task notification features, and direct assistance in Xaverius 1 Palembang Senior High School e-learning.
