Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui seberapa kuat pengaruh pengembangan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil Toyota Avanza di Palembang dan 2) mengetahui variabel pengembangan produk yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara keseluruhan pengembangan produk sangat kuat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian mobil Toyota Avanza di Palembang. Dari dua variabel pengembangan produk yang diteliti, variabel pengembangan kualitas produk merupakan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian mobil Toyota Avanza di Palembang. Karena pengaruh pengembangan produk yang sangat kuat terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil Toyota Avanza, perusahaan harus menjaga kesinambungan pengembangan produk agar minat konsumen untuk membeli Toyota Avanza tetap tinggi.
