Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Online Customer Review, Star Seller dan kualitas informasi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Scarlett di Platform Online Shopee. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling serta menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert berjumlah 100 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa uji parsial (uji t) pada variable Online Customer Review (X1), Star Seller (X2), Kualitas Informasi (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan Pembelian (Y).
