Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Nagaswidak Palembang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriftif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner, sampel yang diambil sebanyak 56 orang dengan menggunakan metode total sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Nagaswidak Palembang.
