Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Studi pada Pengguna Skintific 5x Ceramide Barrier Moisturizer Gel di Kota Palembang). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t, uji f, dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Hasil uji f menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen.
