Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan inovasi pelayanan melalui Website SIASN dalam mendukung proses mutasi dan pengelolaan status kepegawaian di Badan Kepegawaian Negara Kantor Regional VII Palembang. Layanan kepegawaian digital ini merupakan bagian dari transformasi pelayanan publik berbasis e-government yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akurasi administrasi ASN. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Website SIASN membawa dampak positif dalam hal percepatan pelayanan dan efisiensi kerja, namun masih dihadapkan pada tantangan seperti gangguan teknis, koneksi internet yang tidak stabil, serta keterbatasan kompetensi digital operator. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti peran penting pemimpin, kesiapan infrastruktur teknologi, serta kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam mendukung keberhasilan inovasi pelayanan digital kepegawaian. Kata kunci : Inovasi, Pelayanan Publik, Website SI ASN, Pelaksanaan Mutasi dan Status Kepegawaian, Badan Kepegawaian Negara Kantor Regional VII Palembang.
