Abstract
This study aims to (1) describe the results of the needs analysis, (2) describe the results of the design and product, and (3) describe the results of the learning media validation. This study uses the modified research stages of the Alessi & Trollip development model. The research data were collected by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires to educators and eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 4 Palembang. The research data was collected by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires to educators and eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 4 Palembang. Based on the results of the analysis of learning media needs, Google Sites is needed in the learning process, with a percentage of 90%. In the planning stage, the researcher conducted a needs analysis involving educators and students. The design stage of this research produced a flowchart, storyboard, and collection of learning and supporting materials. In the development stage, this research produced a product display whose feasibility had been tested by three experts. Overall, the Google Sites learning media obtained a percentage of 90.90% from media experts, 79.54% from material experts, 88.63% from language experts, and obtained an average percentage of 86.35%. From these results, it can be concluded that the product is deemed feasible and can be used by educators and students after final product revisions.
