Abstract
Pengaruh Komunikasi Organisasi terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Maju Mobilindo Palembang. Setiap organisasi memerlukan koordinasi atau komunikasi agar bagian-bagian dari organisasi tersebut dapat bekerja menurut ketentuannya dan tidak mengganggu bagian lain. Komunikasi di dalam organisasi akan berpengaruh pada iklim komunikasi dalam organisasi. Iklim komunikasi yang kondusif mampu menciptakan motivasi kerja serta soliditas internal organisasi dan sebaliknya iklim komunikasi dalam organisasi yang kurang baik akan berdampak pada rendahnya motivasi kerja anggota organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Honda Maju Mobilindo Palembang. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan melihat besarnya pengaruh Komunikasi Organisasi terhadap Motivasi Karyawan PT. Maju Mobilindo Palembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh komunikasi organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT. Honda Maju Mobilindo Palembang. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai thitung (3,590) > nilai ttabel (1,67155). Besarnya pengaruh variabel X terhadap Y adalah 18,2%. Artinya variabel Komunikasi Organisasi dapat mempengaruhi Motivasi Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Honda Maju Mobilindo Palembang sebesar 18,8%, sisanya sebesar 81,8% variabel Motivasi Kerja Karyawan dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, Karyawan Abstract The Effect of Organizational Communication on Employee Motivation at PT. Maju Mobilindo Palembang. Every organization needs coordination or communication so that parts of the organization can work according to its provisions and not interfere with other parts. Communication within the organization will influence the communication climate in the organization. The conducive communication climate is able to create work motivation and internal solidity of the organization and conversely the communication climate in the organization that is not good will have an impact on the low motivation of working members of the organization. This research was conducted in Kemuning District, Palembang City. Methods of data collection in this study using questionnaires, documentation, and observation. This study aims to determine the effect and see the magnitude of the influence of Organizational Communication on the Motivation of Employees of PT. Maju Mobilindo Palembang. The results showed that there was an influence of organizational communication on the work motivation of PT. Honda Maju Mobilindo Palembang. This can be seen from the value of tcount (3,590)> ttable value (1,67155). The magnitude of the effect of variable X on Y is 18.2%. This means that Organizational Communication variables can affect Employee Motivation at PT. Honda Maju Mobilindo Palembang is 18.8%, the remaining 81.8% Employee Motivation variables are influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
