Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of the learning media of the Menimeter on Student Learning Outcomes in Economics in Srijaya State Palembang State High School. This study is an experimental study with pre-experimental design types in the form of one group pretest and posttest design. The research population of all students of class X Social Sciences at Srijaya Negara Palembang High School and the sample of this study were class X Social Sciences 3, totaling 36 students as experimental classes. The sampling technique is a cluster random sampling technique and data collection techniques in the form of tests and observations through face -to -face learning. Learning outcomes in the form of pretest and posttest, observation data analysis is obtained from the results of observations when using the learning media of Mentimeters. The hypothesis uses parametric statistics, the t test using the T-test sample relate test obtained by tcount> ttable that is 27,016> 1,667 which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Then it can be concluded that there is the influence of the learning media of the Menimeter on Student Learning Outcomes in Economics in Srijaya State High School Palembang. It is recommended that schools add projectors and increase the capacity of WiFi networks to support the process of learning that implement technology -based media.
