Abstract

Kota Palembang sebagai ibukota Provinsi Sumatra Selatan yang termasuk ke dalam Kawasan metropolitan mengalami kemajuan yang begitu pesat dibuktikan dengan pertumbuhan infrastruktur, serta pusat-pusat perekonomian dan bagunan lain sebagai kegiatan perdagangan dan jasa. Namun, Sebagian besar para pelaku bisnis di Kota Palembang masih memilih untuk bertempat di ruko atau rumah tinggal sebagai kantor pribadi. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut membuat lahan kosong di Kawasan strategis akan semakin sedikit sehingga untuk keberhasilan kegiatan usaha perusahaan perdagangan dan jasa dibutuhkan wadah atau tempat yang dapat menampung fungsi pelayanan dan administratif yang respentatif. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut, kantor sewa bisa menjadi solusi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan ruang kantor karena akan lebih murah dan memenuhi kenyamanan serta keamanan dalam bekerja. Salah satu cara agar menarik minat dari penyewa kantor adalah dengan menciptakan suasana yang baru dalam lingkungan perkantoran. Kantor Sewa sebagai collaborative workspace menjadi sebuah solusi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kegiatan usaha perusahaan besar menengah yang dapat menampung fungsi pelayanan dan administratif. Layout ruang kerja yang tidak monoton dan fleksibel merupakan adaptasi dari revolusi peradaban 5.0 yang memiliki poin meningkatkan society value dalam bidang pekerjaan maka akan dibentuk melalui pembentukan ruang kolaborasi sebagai usaha untuk meningkatkan manusia terhadap skill dan society value-nya. Sehingga, bagaimana kemudian dalam perancangan kantor sewa dapat menciptakan arsitektur yang dapat memberikan kehadiran suatu ruang kerja sesuai dengan pola kerja manusia saat ini melalui dasar perancangan kolaboratifitas untuk meningkatkan proses kolaborasi/diskusi/partnership, fleksibilitas, dan tetap mengimplementasikan kesehatan dan kenyamanan ruang dalam bangunan kantor. Palembang City as the capital of South Sumatra Province which is included in the metropolitan area is experiencing rapid progress as evidenced by the growth of infrastructure, as well as economic centers and other buildings as trade and service activities. However, most of the business people in Palembang City still choose to be housed in shop houses or residences as private offices. In line with this, there will be less and less vacant land in strategic areas so that for the success of trading and service company business activities a container or place is needed that can accommodate representative service and administrative functions. Given these problems, a rental office can be a solution to meeting office space needs because it will be cheaper and provide comfort and safety at work. One way to attract interest from office tenants is to create a new atmosphere in the office environment. Leased offices as collaborative workspaces are a solution to meet the business needs of large and medium-sized companies that can accommodate service and administrative functions. The non-monotonous and flexible workspace layout is an adaptation of the 5.0 revolution of civilization which has points of increasing society values in the field of work, so it will be formed through the formation of collaboration spaces as an effort to improve people's skills and society values. So, how then in designing a rental office can create an architecture that can provide the presence of a work space in accordance with current human work patterns through the basis of collaborative design to improve collaboration/discussion/partnership processes, flexibility, and still implement health and comfort space in office buildings.
