Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk analisis Pengaruh Store Atmosphere Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Morning Ego Cafe Palembang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Pengunjung yang berbelanja di Morning Ego Cafe Palembang, dan sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang. Data yang dianalisa bersumber dari jawaban atas kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Hasil penelitian didapati bahwa musik, layout, dan suhu secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Morning Ego Cafe Palembang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disarankan kepada pemilik Morning Ego Café Palembang mengetahui dengan jelas siapa target pasarnya, sehingga hal tersebut akan membantu untuk menyusun strategi pemasaran yang tepat termasuk dalam menciptakan Store Atmosfer.
